Per committer, per year. The first five are free, always.

Each band applies only to the committers inside it, so growing never produces a jump. The sixth person costs £240, not a new plan.

Each band is cheaper than the one before it. The table in § 04 gives the total and the per-head figure at every size, so you can see what your number actually costs rather than reconstruct it.

So a team of ten pays £1,200 a year. Twenty-five pays £4,800. A hundred pays £17,760, which is about £178 a head. Four hundred pays £54,000, about £135 a head.

Monthly is available at a tenth of the annual rate, which makes paying yearly two months free. Prices exclude VAT, added where due.

Somebody who pushed a commit in the last ninety days.

Not seats you bought, not people with access, not everybody in the organisation. If they did not commit, they do not count, and a contractor who finishes a project stops counting ninety days later without you having to remember.

You set the number when you subscribe, and the App derives it too: it counts distinct commit authors across the repositories your installation covers, over the same ninety days, excluding bots. That number is shown to you, never used to charge you automatically.

Where the two differ we write to you. A bill that arrives larger than expected is a worse experience than a conversation, and a supplier who silently adjusts your invoice upward has taught you not to trust the invoice.

Automation is excluded on the login rather than the email, because an email can be spoofed into any shape and a login cannot. Against a real project this excluded seven bot authors out of sixteen, which is the difference between a fair bill and an annoying one.

Public repositories, and the first five committers anywhere.

Every public repository is analysed free of charge and always will be, including for paying customers. The free committer allowance is a rate of zero rather than a separate plan, so it applies to everybody rather than only to the smallest teams.

The public analyser at arcifact.io/r/<org>/<repo> needs no installation and no account. The verifiers are public, so anything the report claims can be rechecked offline without trusting our code.

Marginal bands are correct and tiring to compute by hand, so here is the table rather than a formula.

Monthly is a tenth of the annual figure, so paying yearly is two months free. Every figure here is computed from the same table the checkout uses, and a test asserts they cannot diverge: a calculator that quotes a different number from the payment page is worse than no calculator.

Three things you can buy today.

Free. Every public repository, permanently, and the first five committers on a private one. Full-strength analysis: the same counterexamples, the same records, the same offline verifier. The reasoning engine is not weakened in the free tier, because a deliberately less trustworthy assurance product would undermine the thing being sold.

Gate. The rates above. Selected private repositories, analysis on every pull request that CHANGES what a required check proves, and silence on the ones that do not. Recorded dispositions, so a job you have told us is advisory stops being raised. Email support. No charge per scan, workflow or repository.

Assurance. For organisations whose governance needs are larger than their developer count. An admission record for every merge, historical reconstruction of why a given commit was admissible under the policy that existed at the time, central dispositions with owners and expiry, and an auditor export. Priced as the greater of the committer calculation or £18,000 a year.

Being honest about Assurance. Every part of it is built and none of it has been sold. The components run today and the packaging is new, so the first buyer is buying an arrangement rather than a track record, and the price reflects that rather than hiding it. Ask and we will show you the running system before you commit to anything.

Enterprise is a conversation, not a page. Single sign-on, data residency, on-premise verification and contractual response targets are all reasonable asks and none of them is built. Naming a price for them here would be selling a roadmap. If you need them, start with a review and we will tell you honestly what exists.

Install the App first if you have not: read what it asks for. Nothing is charged by installing, and the App works before you subscribe.

Cancel from the billing portal, effective at the end of the term.

We do not refund the unused part of a term you chose to leave, and we do not charge you again after you cancel. If we discontinue a paid service during a term you have paid for, we refund the unused portion. Uninstalling the App stops all analysis immediately, whatever the billing says.

Changing your committer count or switching between monthly and annual is an email to support@arcifact.io rather than a button, because Stripe's portal cannot edit a tiered subscription. We would rather tell you that than let you find it.

Above four hundred committers, or anything that does not fit.

The rate keeps falling above 406, and at that size you probably want an invoice, a purchase order and a conversation rather than a card form. Write to ben@arcifact.io.

The same applies if you want a one-off report rather than the App, or a review of a pipeline before you install anything. Those are scoped individually because their cost depends on the pipeline.
